We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and work closely with our Client Lead to create visually stunning content across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Client Lead to develop high-quality creative content for multiple platforms.
- Create content for both print and digital media, ensuring the adaptation of designs to various formats and platforms.
- Develop creative concepts that align with client objectives and effectively communicate their message.
- Collaborate with our copywriters to ensure that assets effectively communicate the brief’s strategy, both creatively and narratively.
- Leverage existing brand guidelines to maintain consistency in design.
- Establish templates and guidelines to streamline design processes while maintaining high standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest graphic design trends and incorporate fresh inspiration into your work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.
- 4+ years of experience working on a fast-paced creative team or agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- Extensive experience Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong foundational knowledge of color theory, typography, compositions, hierarchy, and an eye for photo curation.
- Proficiency in designing for a wide range of ratios and formats.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for time management, setting expectations, and presentation.
Work Schedule:
This position requires the Designer to work on a hybrid schedule, offering flexibility while ensuring high-quality design execution.
