Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer phone calls, manage schedules, and assist in onboarding new client
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and more.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative projects, ensuring deadlines are met and work results are expedited.
  • Arrange travel plans for senior staff, including booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Maintain office equipment by completing preventive maintenance, scheduling repairs, managing inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious individual who takes pride in their work.
  • Possess general office skills, including answering phones, copying, and filing.
  • Prior secretarial or administrative experience is required.
